Ghost Towns and Structures

Dust Bowl relics and Gold Rush towns offer a window into our western heritage and the settling of America. Stepping inside these old buildings, one might find a rusted stove, breadbox and pantry, a two or three hole loo, or a massive bay window. Whenever I have a chance, I stand in these buildings and try to grasp this simple, hard pioneer life.
