My most recent Lighthawk mission took me over Dinosaur National Monument and the western Piceance Basin in northwest Colorado. Landscape scale oil and gas drilling threaten to turn Dinosaur into a wilderness island in a sea of industrial wasteland and rob our wild rivers of precious fresh water. More images and commentary are posted on my Western Wild blog. Check it out.
Have you checked out my Black and White Gallery? I've added a few new images to the gallery - the images are photographed in color and converted to black and white in studio. Black and white is really enjoyable work, always a study in light, tone, texture, and form. Take a look!
