Sage Spirit - The American West At A Crossroads is my new book published by Braided River Publishing in partnership with Audubon Rockies, The Wilderness Society, and Sierra Club Wyoming Chapter. The imperiled Greater Sage-grouse and Gunnison Sage-grouse are indicator species for the health of the ecosystem, which is collapsing under the weight of development. The plight of Sage-grouse challenges us to conserve their habitat, shared with 350 other endemic and iconic species. There is only one Sagebrush Sea, and the next chapter of our Western story is on us.

This gallery will be a place for news, media, imagery, video, events and articles as we build the Sage Spirit project. The book is our foundation and there's a lot more work ahead.
