Lenga Chaos

Tierra Del Fuego National Park, Chile

In southern Patagonia, where low temperatures and heavy snow cover Tierra Del Fuego through long winters, the lenga tree dominates Andean Forests. The lenga tree is a native temperate forest species in the range of 35-56 degrees south latitude, with Tierra Del Fuego at the very southern tip of their ange (actually nearby Isla Navarino). I was captivated by the beautiful chaos and solitude of the dense lenga forest while hiking in the national park.

DuraPlaq Mounted

The Duraplaq Standard substrate is a 3/8" HDF board that is 100% recycled, environmentally friendly and is pre-laminated on both sides and finished with a "box" frame. The finished picture has a clean look and the matte laminate greatly reduces glare, allowing you to see the image. Duraplaq mounted prints can be cleaned with your normal glass cleaning products and are extremely durable.
