Hnifsdalsa Headwaters

Westfjords Iceland

Five hundred meters or so above the village of Hnifsdular, the headwaters of the river Hnifsdalsa flow from snowmelt on volcanic mountains. The mountains in this area are layered with lava layed down in eruptions that occurred every 5,000-12,000 years. We camped in this stunning area while overlooking the ocean under clear skies.

DuraPlaq Mounted

The Duraplaq Standard substrate is a 3/8" HDF board that is 100% recycled, environmentally friendly and is pre-laminated on both sides and finished with a "box" frame. The finished picture has a clean look and the matte laminate greatly reduces glare, allowing you to see the image. Duraplaq mounted prints can be cleaned with your normal glass cleaning products and are extremely durable.
